Neolay was introduced to the market in February 2010 after purchasing the rights and trading name of Brand Market Leader Dunweedin. Our 100% recycled coloured Rubber Bark and Rubber Chip products hold a unique distinction in the marketplace as Neolay becomes the first distributor of its kind in the UK to manufacture its own raw materials and so provide a far stronger stronger stock availability than many of its competitors. In addition to its high quality Rubber Bark and Rubber Chippings products aimed at the playground, landscaping and safety surface markets, Neolay also produces Rubber Crumb, an innovative multipurpose drainage and turf enhancer, as well as producing an uncoloured rubber chipping for the Equestrian Surfacing market. Our cutting edge recycling methods ensure 100% of all the waste rubber we receive is recycled and put to good use in the environment.

Neolay will continue to expand its sales teams, its fleet and its plant to meet the growing demands of the market in 2011.
Neolay’s production processes ensure all raw materials used are rendered 100% free of potentially harmful steel or fibre before going through a paint process which also filters for any remaining unwanted by products. Our paints are also a 100% recycled product and are water based to ensure there is no transfer of paints to clothing, as well as being toxin free, carbon neutral and completely fade resistant.
Within the paint processes, the sales and production teams regularly assess the quality of finish to the final product both in terms of appearance and colour.
